Hi and thank you so much for visiting my page! I'm a SFW artist that enjoys illustrating and bringing out the personality of characters. I love making story work, doing pixel art, writing, and animating in my spare time. There are plenty of things I'd like to and love to do, so you might see a bit of variety on my page from time to time!My work hours are Monday-Friday, though I do work weekends from time to time!

Terms of Service

You must be 18+ to order a commission, buy an adoptable, or do business with me in any regard. Minors are not allowed and will be blocked/blacklisted as necessary. I do not accept commissions from those who use unethical AI generated works.Any commissions (Sketches, stickers, illustrations, etc.) are for personal use unless specified otherwise upon purchase. If you would like to use a piece commercially a twenty percent (20%) fee must be paid when ordering a commission. This fee will be rounded up to the nearest whole number. Commercial use is applicable to any revenue including but not limited to streaming services, subscription based platforms, websites that generate revenue off advertisements, printed media, and profitable media. Adoptables can be used for commercial use, the illustrations I have made of the adoptables cannot.If you purchase an adopt from me you have full rights to the character design itself (Including commercial use), but must give credit if posting a reference sheet or the original file I give you to any online sites. Commercial use for the character requires credit. (IE If you plan to make it into a Vtuber, make comics, animations, etc.) The illustration I have drawn for the adoptable cannot be used as a commercial asset. (Essentially do not use my original work/the reference for prints, ads, redistribution, profit, etc.)My work is not to be used in NFTs, blockchains, or any exchanges for cryptocurrency. Do not use my art in any kind of AI art/image generating system.Commissions are completed in the order taken, excusing situations such as deadlines or waiting on approval from the commissioner for different phases.I reserve the right to refuse any commissions brought to me for any reason I deem necessary.I do not do holds.If I accept a payment plan you must pay a non refundable percentage (usually at least twenty five percent) discussed up front. Please ask about a payment plan before bidding or claiming art or an adoptable and ensure that you know you will have the funds. Failure to commit to an agreed upon payment plan and backing out may result in a blacklist/block. If there are issues regarding your payment plan please discuss it with me! I am willing to be flexible on payment dates if proper commutation is had.Claiming commissions slots and "ghosting" (as in not replying, ignoring invoices, never cancelling the order or giving updates onto when you will pay) can result in a blacklist.Please respect the blacklist and blocked users when commissioning me or purchasing adoptables or other content. Please do not buy anything for users on said blacklist or blocked users. Blocklist or Blacklist evasion will result in a ban.I reserve the right of whether or not I disclose the information as to why I deny anyone a commission.Paypal only with payment up front. After receiving the money I will begin working on your commission.After you receive your commission you may upload it to websites with credit attached and with the signature on the piece still intact.Please do not claim my piece as your own, trace the piece, or edit out the signature.Please do not edit a commission after receiving it to look like another character design, make changes to the piece, etc. If you have an issue with the artwork please bring it up with me.I do not accept commissions for NSFW material under any conditions.Alterations for commissions may be requested twice during each phase, and I will ask you if changes and the overall piece look acceptable. Please make sure that you take the time to digest the piece and collect all things you would like revised in a concise format and all at once! Excessive change requests throughout the piece will either be denied or require additional charges.Complex designs, backgrounds, and props may incur additional fees, depending on on how detailed or complex the piece is.Unless it is a custom or reference from scratch please provide references when ordering commissions. If I am working with a character for a sketch, lined, or rendered piece I require you to have a reference of said character.Additional fees are added on if a piece is intended to be used for any sort of profit. This includes, but is not limited to: Streaming, advertisements, Patreon or other subscription based websites, merchandise, RTM related content.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in full only if I haven't passed the approval sketch phase. If I have already started to work on your piece and you find that you aren't satisfied, or need to back out, then I will issue a partial refund based on the work done and you will receive the piece as is.Full refunds outside of this policy are only available under certain circumstances agreed upon by the artist and commissioner.Refunds for adoptables are not available after purchasing and agreeing to the Terms of Service.If you wish to purchase an adoptable in installments, after the first payment I will not accept refunds.Any concerns may be sent to [email protected] or my Discord dandybadger

• Fetishized cultural attire such as the 'genie in a bottle' look or POC culture may be turned down. If I do not have experience or an okay from the people of said culture/background I may refuse to draw it out of respect!
• Hyper anything
• Sexual implied scenes of characters that can be deemed offensive/harmful to the trans community
• Diapered characters
• Scat, etc.
• Excessive blood/gore
• Hateful harmful speech/images
• Forced sexual situations
• Sexual images of minors, including aged up minors
• Bestiality, necrophilia, etc

Blacklisted Users/Designers:

• I will refuse commissions, adoptables sales, etc for said individuals. Do not try to get around this by purchasing for them.

• $35 for a half body.
• $50 for a full body.

Petite Sticker Commissions

• $35 per unique sticker.
• $5 per expression/small edit. (Refer to the first row for examples of small edits.)
• Can be styled as an icon or a discord sticker! (Icons are fitted to display neatly across multiple platforms, while stickers are made to be clear and readable as messenger emojis.)

Eyecons

• $35 each.

Petite Commissions

• $50 for clean sketch with flat colors.

Headshot Commissions

• $50 for clean sketch with flat colors.
• BG is flat unless simple, blurred bg theme is requested.

Half Body Commissions

• $75 for clean sketch with flat colors.

Full Body Commissions

• $100 for clean sketch with flat colors.
